• Capture customers requirements in close collaboration with Sales team.
• Review & collect customer functional processes and define aligned roadmap for next functionalities.
• Lead Product Development approach by ensuring consolidation of software enhancements & bug fixes.
• Contribute to beta testing, UAT and validation of new releases.
• Work in collaboration with production, customer service & other functional departments.
• Continuous improvements & transition of technical services following ITIL principles.
• Ensure the follow-up of general Technical Services operations (Professional Services & consulting / Technical Support Engineers / Education & training / Product R&D).
