• Escalates more complex requests to the relevant IT Support member or group (On-site second Line, Deloitte Global support, local intranet & infrastructure administrators, system architects)
• M365 - O365 & Azure AD environment
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows, Mac & iOS devices
• Redaction of Knowledge Articles

Internal IT provider at the EEAS (European External Action Service):

• Log, categorize, prioritize, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents when possible.
• Follow-up end-to-end progress of all incidents, requests and standard changes.
• Escalate to the Competence Group when required.
• Hands-on experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools like Splunk
• Propose and improve Knowledge Base articles
• Reinforce the customer Proximity team in case of exceptional workload.
• Security clearance 'SECRET EU' or national equivalent, issued by an EU member state
