2022 – present, 4 missions, total 14 months in the field in DRC, Poland, Ukraine and Haiti

• Managed emergency projects in HICs (High Insecure Context). Experience in epidemic outbreaks, nature and man made disasters (DRC), Migration (Poland), Medical evacuation train East – West (Ukraine) and Emergency Trauma Centre (Haiti)
• Designed and implemented operational strategies & Log Frames, including planning and monitoring of objectives with evaluation/expected results (and SWOT)
• Analysed health needs and political and humanitarian context
• Risk management /analysis & context analysis in HICs
• Critical incident management
• Negotiated access with NSAGs (Non State Armed Groups) and police
• Led negotiations and drafted MoUs with various levels of health ministries (provincial, district and regional) and health facilities
• Established partnerships and collaborations with CBOs/CSOs, other NGOs & community leaders
• Managed and monitored budget (up to 5.5 MM)
• Managed team of 250 locally hired staff and 8 internationally hired staff

10 missions, total 3 years in the field in DRC, South Sudan, Haiti, Zimbabwe and Syria

• Prepared, sized and deployed emergency explos and interventions. I coordinated more than 20 # humanitarian and/or medical interventions (Ebola, measles, yellow fever, IDP crisis, refugees crisis, cholera, cyclone)
• Designed, set-up and supervised medical structures (70 beds Ebola Treatment Centre in DRC; Field hospital and 20 beds Cholera Treatment Centre in IDPs camps in South Sudan; 30 beds COVID Centre in Syria)
• Coordinated vaccination campaigns for measles, Ebola, yellow fever for the target population varying from 10 000 – 60 000 beneficiaries (DRC and South Sudan)
• NFI Distributions in IDP camps (Syria)
• Negotiated access with external NGO through joint WASH activities (co-design of the general strategy –Syria)
