Working as a sale and store manager for years, I learnt how to be good at being productive, responsible, hardworker, positive thinker, efficient in high stress situations and to be open and respectful towards colleagues and customers. My goal is to understand and psychologize the customer's needs and to find a solution that will satisfy them. Also I am able to make quick desicions, to be flexible, teamwork oriented, to have cultural self-awareness to improve personal effectiveness and human relations and to organize and plan skills.
