• Successfully prepared technical documentation and clinical trial programs for registration in EU (CE-IVD) and Belarus of NOVAPREP equipment and reagents for liquid cytology (Algimed Techno, Belarus);

• Delivered lectures to an average of 60 individuals per year in biochemistry, 360 individuals per year in enzyme engineering, and 60 individuals per year in nanobiotechnology;

• Successfully introduced NovaPrep technology of liquid cytology (Novocyt, France) to the Belarusian market;
• Conducted training sessions on NovaPrep technology for more than 30 specialists from medical cytological laboratories;
• Representational and organizational role at exhibitions.

• Was involved in all stages in the creation of a laboratory from the initial idea stage all the way to obtaining medical licenses and commencing laboratory operations;
• Organized and managed the workflow of the laboratory and laboratory staff;
• Participated in the process of obtaining the 1st medical license for genetic research in a private medical laboratory in Belarus;
• Wrote more than 5 standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all laboratory equipment.

• Conducted extensive research as part of PhD project;
• Delivered a refresher course on "Immunoenzyme assay" (ELISA) for workers of the State institution "Main State Inspection on Seed Production, Quarantine, and Plant Protection" in Minsk, Belarus;
• Supervised undergraduate students in their research work (Biochemistry, Cell culture, ELISA, Protein Purification and etc.);
• Planned and conducted practical classes in a variety of topics, including:
  Biochemistry, Biophysics, Enzymology, Medical Biochemistry, Nanobiotechnology, Biochemistry of Medicinal Plants, Enzyme Kinetics, Biochemistry of Lipids, and Immobilized Enzymes.
