I have been working as a project manager in the R&D department for over two years. I firmly believe that with the right enthusiasm, one can scale great heights.
In my work, understanding the purpose and rationale behind what we're doing is crucial. I thrive on tackling challenging tasks and finding answers to questions.
I consider openness, as well as the ability to listen and gauge the mood of the team, to be fundamental principles in teamwork. The mental well-being of individuals is just as important as the final outcome. When a team has a calm and trusting relationship with its manager, they are unafraid to ask questions, suggest solutions, and voice their ideas.
Upon joining the team, I encountered a lack of structured processes, including undefined tasks, absence of backlogs, irregular meetings, and missing documentation. I successfully streamlined workflows, fostered effective communication and a positive team environment, and introduced strategic planning and task management, significantly enhancing our operational efficiency and outcomes
My team of four successfully completed numerous complex projects:
1. Developed a system for composing and sending proposals with contracts and invoices in various configurations, allowing sales advisors to quickly prepare and send proposals to students at the deal-making stage. The project included integration with CRM systems (AmoCRM and later HubSpot). As a result, we developed six types of contracts for our students: Upfront, ISA, several internal installment plans, and financing through external services.
2. Created our own contract management system, integrated with SignNow, which facilitated convenient contract signings with clients.
3. Integrated three credit providers: Climb Credit, Meritize, and Comfi, which increased revenue by more than 20%.
4. Implemented an auto-debit system through Stripe and launched a notification flow that informed students via SMS and email about upcoming and overdue payments to increase installment payment profitability.
5. Developed our own payment pages with integration of payment provider forms from Helcim and Stripe, expanding the capabilities of payment page management.
6. Developed functionality for clients to independently choose proposals without interacting with a sales advisor, allowing a client to select an offer with a single click, after which a contract and invoice are issued.
7. The introduction of additional agreement functionality simplified the contract work process, avoiding the need for reissuance and ensuring uniform information storage for each student.
8. Developed complex discount functionality, which eased the process of making offers to clients and provided the ability to control discounts to prevent unforeseen discounts by the sales team.
9. The implementation of promo codes and referral discounts helped attract more clients to purchase courses.
