He is in the consultancy business in the financial arena for more than 20 years having acted as Business Developer for Cap Gemini Finance in Paris, Program Manager at Arthur Andersen in London and Practice

Leader for CSC in Brussels. With a strong entrepreneurial mind, Olivier

set up his first company in Seoul in South Korea when he was in his early

twenties.

He is an experienced consultant and executive, with a deep expertise in

governance and operating models, model management frameworks and

management of large complex programs. He has always been managing

teams of consultants driving them towards achieving challenging

objectives.

As a founding Partner of Risk Dynamics, he has set up the company

putting it on the international map and making its brand highly visible in

the financial arena. He has led major marketing initiatives allowing the

company to reach that objective and has also contributed to attract and

retain talents as well as create strong relationships with clients in the field.

As the CEO of Risk Dynamics, he oversees the business development and sales, marketing, finance, legal and HR matters. He facilitates several committees internally and ensures overall coherence among key

decisions being made.

Recently, he has been driving the creation of market communities as an

innovative way to position Risk Dynamics as a thought leader firm and

boost sales on a global basis. He is also leading the internal governance

project aiming at strengthening the board with non-executive industry expert
