• IT Assets Management and Inventory: Defined, populated and maintained an Inventory of IT Assets for all the branches of the company.
• Maintained Javascript dynamic forms used to display customized information for each client. (using Adobe Experience Manager Forms)
• Initial configuration and deployment of laptop and mobile devices as part of a larger transition to a more flexible work environment.
• Technological transfer from university to company: Presented the GQM approach for goal-oriented decisions to the colleagues of the IT Department. Applied GQM steps to identify Measurable Indicators of inefficiencies in ticket resolution. Analyzed and visualized 8 years of Ticket logs to provide data about the performance of the IT Department. Technologies used: Python, Jupyter Notebooks, matplotlib, Pandas.
• Took part and served as a secretary during several meetings aimed at improving and optimizing existing processes of the IT department.
• Migrated 1300 old mailboxes of 2 TB divided in 10 machines from Lotus Notes to Outlook.
