  • Mission: Support the organization during the Operating Model Renewal, Data Quality & Process Improvement: Lean Project and DEI, while improving the number of hires and TTH, in a matrix organization.
  • Team: Lead, engage, empower, and develop a team of 11 (6 in direct report) in France, Belgium & Slovakia, with 450 hires per year.
  • Budget under my responsibility: 1.8 M EUR.

Key achievements:

  • Transition to a data-driven solutions-oriented approach, with a shift in the partnership with the business.

  • Scope: Define the guidelines and policies in Talent Acquisition, DEI, Staffing & Mobility, cascade Engie’s guidelines and guarantee the compliance, build the employer branding and campus strategy for the group (3 Business Areas in Europe, Latam, Middle East and Asia Pacific)
  • Mission: Newly created position within a new matrix and HR structure in the company, to contribute to the change management and One Company culture creation.
  • Team: Engage, empower, and coach a team of 14 recruiters in Europe and animate a network of 34 recruiters globally (Europe, Latam, Middle East and Asia Pacific), analyze the current practices, design, and implement best practices to achieve the recruitment needs. Hires per year in Europe: 300.
  • Budget under my responsibility: 1 M EUR.

Key achievements:

  • Analyze and improvement of the current recruitment processes, diagnosing recruiting challenges and moving towards a culture of talent pools, outbound recruitment, use of new tools and data driven mentality.
  • Map the previous practices, harmonization and streamline a recruitment and onboarding process globally, along with the implementation of a new SAP solution for HR (Business Process Owner for the Attraction module, including the migration from Taleo to a new ATS, Success Factors)
  • Design and implement a new sourcing team from our shared design service center in Romania, to support the recruitment needs in Europe.

  • Scope: 3 business units (Public Sector, Enterprise Solutions and EU Delivery: IT and Marketing & Communications) with special focus on EU Institutions and geographically in Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Germany)
  • Mission: Lead the transition from a Recruitment per silos to a centralized recruitment team for the region with a streamlined process and common tools to increase efficiency and alignment with the business.
  • Team: Engage and empower a multisite team of 7 IT recruiters (1 Team Lead, 5 recruiters, 1 intern in Belgium, Luxembourg, Greece, India and Armenia), drive the recruitment and its daily operations, monitor the performance, working closely with the hiring managers of different departments and respective clients to cover diverse recruitment needs.
  • Budget under my responsibility: 700K EUR.

Key achievements:

  • Effectively challenge the status quo and resistance to change, redesign and implement a recruitment process, along with a communication and training plan and ensure the engagement of all stakeholders while providing the same level of support to the business.
  • Culture change in the recruitment mindset from administrators to business partners with a talent pool strategy approach.
  • Development of a vision and team values, creation from scratch of a suite of KPIs, a recruitment dashboard, and set team and individual objectives and goals (continuous performance feedback)
  • Improvement of 33% fill rate in 2021 thanks to the streamlined process and tools, process improvement and coaching to team members.
  • Active contributor in the selection and implementation of a new ATS (SmartRecruiters)
  • Develop from scratch the employer branding action pillars, defining the employer value proposition in the region for EU Delivery and empowering the team to start to develop a project management mentality for implementing actions in a yearly calendar in collaboration with the business and marketing.
