Head of Asset Portfolio Management for the Infrastructure Division (representing approximately €1 billion).
My main responsibilities include:

• Strategic investment planning: Authoring strategic notes to support the renewal of asset fleets.
• Assessment of Asset Management process maturity (ISO 55000): Conducting self-assessments to evaluate the maturity of key Asset Management processes, including: Incident Management, Problem Management, Planning & Scheduling, End-of-Life Asset Management, Handover Management between Maintenance and Project Teams, and Configuration Management. Supporting teams through training, coaching, and mentoring when gaps are identified.
• Technical governance and change management: Active member of the Architecture Committee (responsible for validating technical standards) and the Change Advisory Board (CAB), which authorizes cross-functional or multidisciplinary changes.
• Regulatory compliance – NIS2 directive: Contributing to the organization’s compliance with the European NIS2 directive by enforcing strict configuration management for critical assets across key systems: SAP PM (OT), ServiceNow (IT), and SharePoint (Technical documentation).

Responsible for ensuring the long-term performance of metro signalling and automation subsystems.
My key responsibilities included:

• Needs analysis: Gathering and formalizing operational and maintenance requirements from operators and technical teams.
• Document validation: Critical review and validation of technical documentation provided by suppliers, including SyRS (System Requirements Specification), SyAD (System Architecture Document), SyPD (System Preliminary Design), and others.
• Performance evaluation: Reviewing and approving supplier studies related to reliability, availability, maintainability (RAM), and life cycle cost (LCC).
• Configuration management: Overseeing the configuration of subsystems to be deployed, ensuring traceability and alignment with applicable technical standards.
• Strategic planning: Developing multi-year renewal plans for technical assets.
• Innovation and digital transformation: Contributing to the development and deployment of Maintenance 4.0 solutions (IoT sensors, predictive maintenance, digital performance monitoring tools, etc.).

Specialized expertise in structuring and optimizing asset management practices through the following missions:

• Strategic asset planning: Drafting and updating Asset Management Plans that define performance objectives, maintenance strategies, investment priorities, and lifecycle action plans across all asset categories.
• Maintenance process optimization: Driving continuous improvement of core maintenance processes such as planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance, in close collaboration with operational teams.

Responsible for the design of power supplies required for railway signalling systems.
My main responsibilities included:

• High-voltage electrical design: Designing MV/LV substations to supply PLP (Postes à logique Programmable) and PAI (Poste d'Aiguillage Informatisé), ensuring compliance with railway sector standards for safety, reliability, and performance.

Responsible for the technical and strategic management of secondary systems (protection & control-command) for the high-voltage power grid.
My main responsibilities included:

• Specialized technical support: Providing end-to-end technical support throughout the equipment lifecycle, including reviewing and correcting engineering reports drafted by project managers, adjusting functional block diagrams developed by secondary systems designers, supervising Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and training maintenance teams on new equipment.
• Maintenance and renewal planning: Developing preventive maintenance plans and defining renewal strategies for equipment within my scope, aligned with the availability and resilience objectives of the electrical grid.
