As Group Financial Controller at the headquarters of Aluk, I am responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the different business units of the group and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead of the financial reporting by working closely with the local teams to support them in their accurate and timely reporting.
• Coordination of the quarterly forecasting and yearly budgeting exercises.
• Elaboration and monthly follow-up of the budget of the holding.
• Analysis of key financial KPI's including P&L, Working Capital, Capex and NFP.
• Support in ad-hoc projects such as new ERP implementation and development of reporting tools.

As a Business Controller at The Adecco Group, I was responsible for the monthly review, analysis and reporting of the performance (volume, gross and net sales) of Adecco Luxembourg. My role involved collaborating with the regional finance manager as well as local sales and administrative agents. I played a key role in identifying opportunities for cost optimization through the elaboration of monthly forecasts and yearly budget for the Adecco brand in Luxembourg

During my time as a Financial Auditor at E&Y, I was involved in conducting detailed financial audits for clients across various industries (transportation, energy, FMCG, construction and media).

• Examination of financial records and review of internal controls by performing statutory and group reporting audits (BEGAAP, IFRS, USGAAP and PCAOB audit)
• Use of data analytics in order to perform analytical reviews of large streams of data
