• I am accountable for delivering optimized Tactical and Strategic supply plans over a 10-year horizon, managing scenario planning cross horizons, for the entire Supply Network (Internal and External), in collaboration with Global Supply Leaders, Industrial functions and Supply Network Operations, to ensure product availability and optimal usage of assets
• Lead & develop a team of E2E Product Planners covering the full Epilepsy & Established brands portfolio (15 products) in context of major operating model change (process & system)
• Lead the SIOP key forums, driving risks mitigation and Supply optimization decision making for endorsement by senior management

• Define and execute supply SIOP plans for Finished Goods/Bulk/API and intermediates levels. Lead a team of Product Master Planners
• Build harmonized SIOP supply scenarios and execution in the 36 months tactical horizon. Deliver MPS for Bulk/API/intermediates in OMP planning system

• In charge of planning the whole Supply Chain for my product over a 3-year horizon (affiliates, plants, sub-contractors, multi-site operations) to ensure supply continuity in more than 100 countries (5 different product formulations, 4 internal manufacturing sites and 12 CMOs from finished goods to intermediates)

• 2012: Take 1-year S&OP process and system training as Corporate S&OP super user at Caterpillar Headquarters, USA (Peoria, Illinois)
• 2013-2017: Implementation of SAP APO to Caterpillar manufacturing facilities (Russia, Thailand, China and all European manufacturing plants)

• Production planning, inventory and orders management of compactor machines (approx 4000 units/year)
• Lead supply review meetings, create and suggest production plan scenarios to achieve team consensus
• Material Planning (~ 300 external suppliers) and internal flows management (warehouse to assembly line) with 20 direct reports (planners and warehouse operators)
