• Established and facilitated a multi-stakeholder platform bringing together public institutions, private sector actors, and civil society organizations to advance dialogue and coordination on Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS).
• Drafted and proposed amendments to national legislation regulating access to genetic resources and benefit-sharing mechanisms, ensuring compliance with the Rio Convention and Andean Community Decision 391.
