Consumer Goods company– Operating model - Digital manufacturing

Project Manager, responsible for reviewing business capabilities across 40 factories and defining the operating model towards a new, centralized Digital Manufacturing organization. Recommendations adopted and implemented by organization

Aircraft manufacturer – Logistics transformation program

Responsible for the redesign and harmonization of E2E logistics processes (Supplier to end user) across the main sites. Key achievements:

  • Re-tendering of supplier contracts, generating 7-figure savings

Responsible for setup of analytics, reporting and data governance as well as definition and world-wide roll-out of last-mile logistics processes. Helped define the 3-year program roadmap including roll-out strategy and functional improvement initiatives.

Aircraft manufacturer – Supply Chain crisis management
Project management support for the client’s largest supply chain crisis to date. Mitigating impact on production of 50+ suppliers and 35.000-part numbers at risk. Assessed the impact of the crisis on the shop floor, helped define and follow up on the crisis plan. Responsible for impact analysis, stakeholder management and coordination of activities
