• I act as a trusted advisor to the business on all matters of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), while aligning closely with newest DEI strategies on the market
• I facilitate leaders and their teams in accelerating our progress as a role model in terms of diverse, inclusive, fair and equitable workplace practices

• Developed very first ERG devoted to work life balance & employee enrichment (Working Families & Allies)
• Oversaw the selection of activities, wrote & submitted Business Plan (NYC HQ Review) & Budget for the year
• Ensured that our people are not only respected as individuals, but also feel valued for their unique perspectives
• Examples of our past project: Flex Work Project; Public Speaking Seminar; Non-Violent Communication event; Mentoring and Reverse Mentoring; Brown Bag Lunch Discussion Series; Lunch & Learn Series.

• Planned and implemented numerous events for staff, having in mind the big goal of enhancing the local community and building an inclusive culture
• Created a foundation for a creative workplace that lead to innovation, growth, and profitability
• Examples of our past project: Clean Belgian River Project; Food Collection and Preparation for the Local Homeless Shelter; Tree Planting project; Christmas Toys Collection for the Underprivileged Kids; Back to School collection; Wear a Sports Shirt Day, etc.

• Managed & organized daily workload of a team of 4 people
• Liaised between account handlers & various departments
• Training & quality checks of the team in Brussels & our outsources in India & Malaysia
• Daily contact with other AIG offices around the world- compliance check & progress/ problem tracking
