MY CONTRIBUTION & KEY ASSETS :

  • Currently overseeing and leading the "People Side of the Change" efforts and team to support technology, process, and cultural changes, utilizing a structured Change Methodology, Measurements, and Tools (ADKAR oriented) to ensure successful implementation.
  • Partnering with different business teams, impacted teams and the level of change required are identified, building trust and leveraging strong interpersonal skills to work iteratively and in an agile-inspired way, using different measurements and methodologies to strengthen Executive Sponsorship & Stakeholder Management, Communication Plans, Learning Journeys, and Embedding of the Change.
