• Responsible for developing and execution of sourcing strategies over global suppliers to achieve the financial goals proposed by the Group, respecting the diversities worldwide;
• Implementation of the new culture of purchasing in Hyva International (Implementation of Global Frame Agreements, standardization of suppliers, should costs, spend management and analysis, market intelligence, and risk mitigation).
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Supply chain, Quality and Operations to create best practices initiatives for vertical markets.

2016 - 2017:

• Responsible for the category of plastics and packaging in Food Preparation division (ovens and cookers), with an annual revenue of USD45Mil distributed across the factories in Italy, Germany, Poland and Romania;
• Leader of the project: Returnable packaging and SMS (Supplier Management System in the cooking division;

2015 - 2016

• Responsible for the category of steel (carbon and stainless), gaskets and packaging in Food Preservation division (fridges and refrigerators), with an annual revenue of USD55Mil;
• Procurement representative in the global task force team to support the launching of new Plant of Cooking division in Memphis (USA), supporting in the implementation of sourcing procedures, PPAP trackings and supplier’s nominations.

2011 - 2015

• Responsible for the category of compressors and electrical accessories, with an annual revenue of approximately USD 125Mil distributed across 4 European factories (in Italy, Hungary and Sweden);
• Member of the global team of compressors of Electrolux Group;
• Project leader of Food Preservation for the supplier financial program and the extension of payment terms;

• Responsible for the commodities of electric motors, drain pumps and fan motors applied in all home appliances, such as washing machines, refrigerators, freezers, cookers, air conditioners distributed across 3 Latin American factories;
• Local Representative of motors and drain pumps in the global purchasing team;
• Experience in international negotiations acquired through global meetings accomplished in other continents (Asia and Europe) in the presence of the Electrolux’s world leaders;
• Yellow Belt (Six Sigma programa) - Change agent of Electrolux Manufacture System (EMS) team;

• Leading a team of 7 buyers and responsible for the purchasing of bearings, exhaust systems, catalytic converters, steering knuckles, forged parts (sleeves, shaft, wheel hubs, shaft ends), castings (brake drum, brake disc), machined parts, electrical switches, horns, temperature sensors, textiles (fabric, leathers) for seats covers, seat structures, headrests, armrests, seat foams and assembly of the seat components;
• International Experience acquired through the representativeness of Liaison Project (Germany) and quality trainings in Mexico;
• Responsible for the purchasing of parts and tooling, negotiating prices with suppliers, credit terms, discounts and delivery times to meet the needs of internal customers (manufacturing, spare parts, quality and logistics);
• Moderator of training "Concept Car" applied to all employees of the Company;
• Acting as a "troubleshooter" in the verification of critical problems of suppliers (line stoppages);
• Negotiations with Manufacture (Paint shop, Body Shop, Manufacture) for the implementation and control of the corrective / preventive action plans;
