I have been working for several years as an animator in youth work at a non-profit organization that organizes adventure camps for young people aged 5-15. Also, since last year I am officially a chief animator in youth work where I manage a group of 40 employees during the summer and am responsible for about three hundred children. This makes me very competent to handle stressful situations. It is a very responsible position where I learn to deal with/manage different characters within the team. In order to be able to do this, I have followed several training courses recognized by the team. In order to be able to do this, I have followed several training courses recognized by the Belgian government.
