As a Warehouse Worker at Albert Heijn, I was responsible for efficiently organizing and managing stock, ensuring timely product availability, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. I contributed to the smooth operation of the supply chain by accurately handling incoming and outgoing goods, performing inventory checks, and assisting with order fulfillment.

As an Interim Technical Operator at Poco Loco, I worked weekends throughout my studies to gain practical experience while earning additional income. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing and maintaining the operational efficiency of production processes. I ensured all technical systems ran smoothly, quickly resolving any issues that arose, and performed routine maintenance to maintain optimal performance. This experience allowed me to apply my technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of the team while adhering to safety and quality standards.

During my internship at Avanade, I had the opportunity to dive into the exciting world of chatbots, working within the Microsoft Copilot Studio environment. My role involved:

• Designing and developing intuitive chatbots that automate key business processes, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
• Crafting seamless interface designs and user-centric solutions to ensure accessibility and ease of use.
• Collaborating with a talented team, facilitating open communication and brainstorming innovative ideas.

In addition, I leveraged the full potential of the Power Platform—Power Automate and MS Copilot Studio—to build transformative applications that revolutionize critical business operations, all with the speed and simplicity of Low Code Development.

I also embraced the fundamentals of Microsoft Azure, gaining a deep and practical understanding of cloud technology—understanding its power to drive real-world applications and business transformation.
