Mercedes-Benz Vriesdonk was a medium-sized family business, founded and owned by my father. The company specialized in selling and servicing of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, achieving an annual sales volume of 6,000 cars with a team of 100 employees across four locations. In 2018, we successfully transitioned the business through its sale to Hedin Automotive.
During my tenure, I held management roles in accounting, HR, and marketing, which allowed me to strengthen my entrepreneurial skills and deepen my passion for ownership and leadership.
I started my career at Accenture as a young graduate, working as a business consultant. My primary focus was to bridge the gap between business operations and IT for clients such as Electrabel (now Engie). I contributed to various projects, mainly related to the liberalization of Belgium’s electricity and gas market.
After three and a half years, I transitioned to freelancing, continuing to provide expertise on similar projects while broadening my professional scope.
Balancing a fulfilling family life with my partner raising my two teenagers. Staying active through walking and running keeps me energized, while quality time with friends and family is essential for maintaining strong connections.
